Cancellation & Refunds Policy

If you are not satisfied with the content within 15 days, we will refund your payment.
The refund will be processed as soon as possible and in any case only after you have informed us in writing about your refund request.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request.
You are not entitled to a withdrawal in the cases provided under Article 3(ib) of Law 2251/94 and in any other cases where this is provided by law or by this agreement in accordance with the law.

The duration of your active access to the educational platform for each seminar is three (3) months from the date you receive access to it.
